The included Bern Day Travel Pass was a pleasant surprise, facilitating easy exploration of the city center. The room boasted modern amenities, including comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. The staff's competence and helpfulness were commendable, ensuring a smooth experience throughout my visit.Although I appreciate the daily room cleaning, a more sustainable approach to changing bed sheets and towels could be considered. The complimentary public transport ticket was a thoughtful addition, enhancing the overall value proposition of the stay.
